You pick the day and a three-hour window. The box holds temperature for several hours after it lands.

Order at least 24 hours before you want to grill. Weekends and holidays fill quickly, so the earlier the better. Everything travels in a thermally insulated box with reusable cooling packs — move it to the fridge when you can.
